Vault Drop #1 Sweepstakes
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning beyond the entries stated below. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
The Vault By Drake LLC, 506 Deep Hollow Dr., Boerne, TX 78006 (“Sponsor”). [Administrator, if a third-party administrator is used.]
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island, who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence [and hold a valid driver's license]. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
Begins December 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM CT and ends February 28, 2027 at 11:59 PM CT (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor may publish an order goal for the Promotion Period; the goal is informational only and reaching it is not a condition of the drawing or the award of the prize. Sponsor's order records are the official clock.
4. How to Enter
Purchase entries. Each $1.00 of qualifying merchandise (excluding tax and shipping) in a paid order during the Promotion Period earns 1 entry. [Designated bundles, digital entry packs and Vault Club memberships earn the stated entry amounts — included only if approved by counsel and the Administrator.] Cancelled or refunded orders forfeit their entries.
Free entry (AMOE). Submit the free-entry form at thevaultbydrake.com/giveaway [or mail a 3"×5" card with name, address, email, DOB and phone to: [PO Box]] to receive 50 entries. [Free entrants may request the same entry amount as any bundle tier so that non-purchasers have an equal opportunity — final mechanism per counsel.] Limit one free entry per person per Promotion Period. Free entries are treated identically to purchase entries.
5. Winner Selection
Within five (5) business days after the Promotion Period ends, one potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries [by Sponsor using a documented, reproducible random process / by Administrator]. Odds depend on the total number of entries received.
6. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: 2024 Toyota GR Supra. Approximate Retail Value $67,000. [Cash alternative, if any.] Winner is responsible for all taxes, title, registration and insurance; an IRS Form 1099 will be issued.
7. Winner Notification & Verification
Potential winner will be notified by email/phone and must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where lawful) Publicity Release within [5] days or forfeit. Sponsor may verify identity and eligibility, including a valid government ID and SSN for tax reporting.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, likeness, city/state and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor's decisions are final. Governing law: Texas. [Registration/bonding statements for NY/FL if applicable.]
10. Winners List
Winner name and city will be posted at thevaultbydrake.com/winners for [90] days after the drawing.
